SRS Real Estate Partners Opens San Antonio Office with Two New Team Members

DALLAS (February 2, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners has opened the doors to its newest office in San Antonio, Texas. The office includes the addition of two new team members, Keith McRee and Ty West, who both join as vice presidents.  The San Antonio office will be led by SRS Austin’s senior vice president and market leader, Todd Wallace.

McRee joins SRS as vice president and brings with him over 12 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining SRS, McRee was vice president at NAI REOC San Antonio where he focused on general brokerage services and landlord and tenant representation along with investment property acquisition and disposition. Since joining NAI REOC San Antonio in 2006, McRee has completed over 750,000 square feet of lease transactions with over $150 million in total transaction value. Clients turn to him because of his natural instincts for the business and his uncompromising representation of his clients’ interests.

West has joined SRS as vice president and brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience.  West most recently was a vice president at NAI REOC where he was responsible for leasing retail space on a number of shopping centers.  While at NAI REOC, he also had a numerous land sites for sale for commercial development in San Antonio and south Texas. West handles tenant representation work for several clients, finding locations and land for development, and has completed over $75 million in total transaction value.
