SRS Real Estate Partners announces that “Sugar and Plumm Purveyors of Yumm” has leased 4,206 square feet at the northeast corner of Amsterdam Avenue and West 78th Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Patrick A. Smith and Matt J. Ogle, of SRS’ New York office represented the tenant, Sugar and Plumm, in the lease. The landlord, First New Amsterdam Realty, was represented in-house by Mitch Salmon.
Sugar and Plumm is an exciting new retail and food concept bringing classic artisan desserts, candy shop favorites, and savory delights re-crafted with a touch of wonder, with the interiors designed by Rockwell Group. Sugar and Plumm will open its first location this summer at Bergen Town Center in Paramus, N.J.
