SRS Real Estate Partners Negotiates Leases at Kings Crossing Shopping Center in Fairfield, Conn.

NEW YORK (January 30, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the following lease executions at Kings Crossing Shopping Center in Fairfield, Conn.:

  • Petco – 10,604 SF
  • Chase Bank – 4,167 SF
  • Chipotle Mexican Grill – 2,275 SF
  • Five Guys Burgers and Fries – 2,225 SF

These signed tenants are in addition to a Whole Foods Market and CVS/pharmacy, both open and operating in the center.

Kings Crossing is a new 86,000 square foot retail center located adjacent to the new Fairfield Metro North train station and a freestanding The Home Depot with direct access and visibility to I-95.

Christa Minogue and Patrick A. Smith of SRS’ New York office represented the landlord, Summit Development, in the leases.
