NEW YORK (February 6, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners announces that West Elm (a division of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.) has signed a lease to open a 7,401 square foot store at Vernon Hills Shopping Center in Scarsdale, N.Y. This will be West Elm’s first store in Westchester County and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2012. Patrick A. Smith and Erin Grace, CCIM, represented the landlord, Vernon Hills Shopping Center, LLC., and Mark Finklestein of Retail Strategies represented West Elm in the transaction.
