SRS Real Estate Partners announces that Five Below has leased 8,280 square feet at Pelham Manor Shopping Center in Westchester County, NY. Erin Grace, CCIM, of SRS’ New York office represented Five Below in the lease. The landlord, Acadia Realty Trust, was represented in-house. The new store opened in April 2011.
