SRS Real Estate Partners announces that Five Below has leased 7,210 square feet at Cortlandt Town Center in Mohegan Lake, NY. Erin Grace, CCIM, of SRS’ New York office represented Five Below in the lease. The landlord, Acadia Realty Trust, was represented in-house. The new store opened in September 2010.
