NEW YORK (February 16, 2012) –– SRS Real Estate Partners announces that Blink Fitness has leased 15,830 square feet at 800 St. Anns Avenue in The Bronx, N.Y. Erin Grace, CCIM of SRS’ New York office represented the landlord in the lease. Peter Levine of Charter Realty represented the tenant, Blink Fitness. The new store is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2012.
