SRS Real Estate Partners, headquartered in Dallas, TX, has listed the former Walmart location at 7075 FM 1960 West in Houston for sale. The 229,200-square-foot retail building hit the market at the end of February with an asking price of $6,950,000.
Cody Persyn out of the SRS Houston office is representing Walmart in the disposition of the property. Walmart last occupied this location in January and was one of the many locations that closed throughout the country.
The property is part of the Willowbrook Shopping Center, which encompasses a total of nearly 250,000 square feet. In addition, the center features several additional retail stores along with a Murphy USA location. Per CoStar information, Walmart has owned the property since this location opened in the mid-1990s.
