PHOENIX (February 12, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners has leased two spaces in the Mesa Pavilions Shopping Center, a major destination regional power center at the northeast corner of the US 60 and Power Road, Mesa, Ariz. The newest tenants are expected to open in early 2013.
The US Military has leased a 5,000-square-foot space which will be used as an armed forces career center. AZ Mattress Outlet has leased a 2,655-square-foot space, their 6th location in the valley. Neighboring tenants include Winco, Sports Authority, PetSmart, Staples, Target and Kmart.
Ed Beeh, Mike Polachek, and Scott Ellsworth with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Kimco Realty, in the transactions. Paul Blum with Kaston Long Commercial Group represented the US Military. Scott Ellsworth with SRS Real Estate Partners represented AZ Mattress Outlet.
