PHOENIX (July 9, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced that, in two separate transactions, it has leased STR Fund VI, LLC’s building at 1507 N. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, Ariz. Five Guys Burgers & Fries has leased 2,500 square feet of the space and Fast Med has leased the remaining 4,000 square feet. The property, formerly occupied by On the Border Restaurants is located south of the southeast corner of McDowell and Litchfield Road, Goodyear, Ariz. Neighboring tenants include Target, TGI Friday’s and Chili’s.
