SRS Real Estate Partners recently brought on board Brad Whittell as an associate. He will be joining the San Francisco Bay Area Investment Services team headed up by Michael Federle.
In his new position, Whittell will be responsible for marketing, analytics, and research of retail and mixed-use investment opportunities throughout Northern California and the Nevada markets.
Whittell has helped finance more than $500 million in transactions in his 10-year career, which includes eight years with Wells Fargo Realty Finance and Newmark Realty Capital. His past experience in lending includes land acquisition financing, commercial financing, construction loans, and portfolio management.
With SRS, Whittell will specialize in Bay Area shopping center sales and financing, in addition to assisting SRS clients with sourcing capital for varying assets classes.
