DALLAS (February 21, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to welcome Pierce Mayson as a senior associate in the Atlanta office. Pierce brings six years of experience to the Atlanta team and will focus on investment sales.
Prior to joining SRS, Mayson worked as a retail investment sales broker in Newmark Knight Frank’s southeast capital group. As director, he served as an integral part of the successful completion of several significant retail sales transactions. Before joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mayson spent five years at Lavista Associates, Inc. as a broker leasing retail, office and industrial space in Atlanta. While at Lavista, he also served on teams representing the purchaser in over $35 million worth of land transactions.
