PHOENIX (March 1, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) welcomes Sean Thomas as first vice president in the Phoenix office. He will focus on disposition and investment services and has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers of multi-tenant and single-tenant properties.
Thomas has 17 years of experience in retail investment sales and development. Prior to SRS, his real estate experience included shopping center sales at a highly successful boutique firm specializing exclusively in shopping center sales. Thomas also was an acquisitions director for an Arizona based development and construction company focused on retail projects. He has a proven track record helping clients in valuation, marketing, negotiation, and escrow management.

Thomas has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
