DALLAS (January 31, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce their latest new hire, David Holcombe who joins as an associate in the Atlanta office. David brings five years of experience to the Atlanta team, and he will focus on landlord representation.
Prior to joining SRS, David worked as a hotel investment broker for Mumford Company, a national hotel brokerage firm. While there, he was responsible for marketing and selling midscale and economy hotel properties and completed over $29 million in transactions.

David is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s in business administration in commercial real estate. There he participated in the University of Georgia’s Real Estate Society and received several scholarships from the real estate department.
