AUSTELL (February 23, 2012) – Barnhart Guess Retail Properties has leased three spaces in Austell, Ga. They are located in two shopping centers, East West Crossing and East West Commons.
A 6,872-square-foot space has been leased to Kauffman Tire and a 1,440-square-foot space has been leased to Papa John’s at East West Crossing. Kauffman Tire is currently under construction. The shopping center is located on Austell Road and is anchored by Kohl’s, Ross and Walgreens.
A 5,070-square-foot space has been leased to rue 21 at East West Commons. The shopping center is located on the East-West Connector and is anchored by Target, Lowe’s and TJ Maxx.
Lily Heimburger with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Barnhart Guess Retail Properties in all three transactions. Michael Morris represented the tenant, Kauffman Tire. Michele Reale and Edie Weintraub of The Shopping Center Group represented the tenant, rue 21.
