AUSTIN (February 22,2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced the sale of the 620 Parmer Crossing II shopping center. The property is approximately 7,200-square-feet and was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale. It is located between Ranch Road 620 and the Avery Ranch residential development on the highly trafficked West Parmer thoroughfare.
“The shopping center is of newer construction and consists of just four tenants with triple net leases creating an ease of management asset,” said Jason Middlebrook, vice president of investments sales for the Austin/San Antonio office.
