(Havertys) in the leasing of a 28,827-square-foot space situated on West Loop 250 North in Midland, Texas that is owned by Dallas-based Annandale Real Estate. The space is adjacent to Big 5 Sporting Goods and neighboring retailers include Petsmart, On The Border restaurant and Dollar Tree. Other area retailers include Walmart Supercenter, Target, and Midland Park Mall.
Mark Reeder and Ryan Johnson with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, Havertys in the transaction. Jay Annand and Rob Exline with Annandale Real Estate represented the interests of Annandale in the negotiations.
