PHOENIX (February 26, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce that Tailgaters Sports Grill & II Primo Pizza & Wings has leased a 5,518-square-foot freestanding building located at the southwest corner of Bell Road and Reems Road in Surprise, Ariz. Although both restaurants have other previous and independent locations, this is the second location for the Tailgaters and Il Primo combo unit.
