PHOENIX (October 24, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce that Dollar Tree has leased a 12,500-square-foot space in the Desert Sky Esplanade located at the northwest corner of McDowell Road and 75th Avenue, Phoenix, Ariz. Other tenants in the project include Big Lots, Staples, Ross, and Walmart.
