PHOENIX (May 29, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners has announced that Dick’s Sporting Goods has leased a 35,000-square-foot space in the Prescott Valley Crossroads Center located at the southeast corner of Highway 89 and Sundog Ranch in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Prescott Valley Crossroads is a 600,000-square-foot power center; tenants in the project include Sam’s Club, Hobby Lobby, and Home Depot. Dick’s plans to open Fall of 2013.
