(New York, NY) – SRS Real Estate Partners announces that Panera Bread has leased 6,926 square feet on the ground and basement levels at 120 East 86th Street in Manhattan. Matt J. Ogle and Corey Zolcinski of SRS’ New York office represented the landlord, Red Apple Real Estate, in the lease. Andrew Mandell & Richard Skulnick, of Ripco Real Estate, represented the tenant, Panera Bread. The transaction was arranged by way of a simultaneous termination with the former tenant, Walgreens, and a new lease with Panera Bread.
