A Texas real estate firm has sold a Round Rock shopping center after more than doubling its occupancy in fewer than five years.
Houston-based Partners Capital — the investment arm of Partners Real Estate Co. — sold the 58,929-square-foot Triangle Center at 2000 N. Mays St. to San Francisco-based Catalyst Real Estate on Aug. 31.
Cathy Nabours and Kyle Shaffer with SRS Real Estate Partners represented Partners and Catalyst represented itself.
