Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners hired Alison Barnwell as senior vice president in the firm’s Austin branch. In her new role, Barnwell will focus on tenant and landlord representation, disposition, and land brokerage.
Barnwell previously worked with Live Oak-Gottesman before accepting her new position with SRS. While at Live Oak- Gottesman, she managed a retail leasing portfolio of more than 1.5 million square feet and was responsible for the oversight of the retail division’s brokers and support staff.
In her 14-year career, Barnwell has worked with an array of notable landlord and retailer clients such as Crow Family Holdings, HEB Grocery Company, Parkway Properties, RREEF, TIAA-CREF Financial Services, Bank of America, BB&T, GNC, Papa John’s Pizza, Skechers, Sprint, and Warby Parker. The majoirty of her career was spent at Trammell Crow Co./CBRE Group.
Barnwell received her bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN and is the current ICSC Austin Chapter president.
