SRS Real Estate Partners Announces Fiscal Year 2009 Top Producers
Dallas, Denver and New York Offices Boast Top Producers
DALLAS – (November 30, 2009) – SRS Real Estate Partners is proud to announce its fiscal year 2009 top producers from the Dallas, Denver and New York offices. Dawn Greiner, senior vice president (Dallas), Mark Reeder, executive vice president (Dallas), Don Edrington, senior vice president (Denver), Hugh Kelly, managing principal (New York) and Patrick A. Smith, executive vice president and principal (New York) are all 2009 recipients of the company’s Top Producers award. The Top Producer award is presented to individuals within the company who bring in the most overall revenue for the year.

Greiner has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry with a specialty in tenant representation. Greiner also was awarded the number one Top Producer of the year, making history as the first female ever to win the award in SRS Real Estate Partners’ history. She was also honored as SRS Real Estate Partners’ 2009 Most Valuable Player.
Reeder has over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry with specialty in national retailer and restaurant disposition requirements, as well as tenant representation.
Edrington has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry with specialty in tenant representation and retail development. He was also honored as with the 2009 SRS Real Estate Partners’ Chairman’s Award which is an annual award given to the producer who exemplifies the ethics and values of SRS Real Estate Partners.
Kelly has over 19 years of experiences in the real estate industry and in addition to consulting; his specialty is in retail development and build-to-suit development.
Smith has over 23 years of industry experience with a specific specialty in big box/anchor tenant representation, urban project leasing and development.
