SRS Real Estate Partners, the largest real estate company in the country focused solely on retail services, has opened its first local office in downtown Clayton.
The new 900-square-foot office is located at 8029 Forsyth Blvd.
Tom Weiler, the only broker thus far, will serve as senior vice president and market leader. During his 22-year career, Weiler has been responsible for the leasing and development of more than 10 million square feet of shopping centers throughout the Midwest.
