Former four-time NBA champion and Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal’s fast-food restaurant chain is making its way to the Pine Belt.
SRS Real Estate Partners in Birmingham, Ala. announced the sale of ±1.44 acres of land in Hattiesburg to the chicken restaurant brand, Big Chicken.
The real estate group said this will be Big Chicken’s first location in Mississippi.
Big Chicken was founded by O’Neal in 2018. According to SRS Birmingham, the restaurant is a fast-casual concept that fuses O’Neal’s home-cooked childhood favorites.
