Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners and Boston-based Cresa announced Tuesday the pair has formed a new lease administration services company to further serve its office, industrial and retail clients.
The new company was named SRS-Cresa Lease Administration LLC.
Last year, the firms entered into an exclusive agreement for SRS to provide retail services to Cresa’s office and industrial clients and for Cresa to provide office and industrial services to SRS’s retail clients. The new company deepens that alliance.
SRS-Cresa Lease Administration will continue operations out of established offices in Dallas and Chicago.
The partnership gives the two companies the ability to offer more breadth of service to clients, Cresa CEO Jim Leslie said.
“Each company has been an industry leader in lease administration in its sector, and we will combine best practices to deliver world class service,” he said in a written statement.
