John Topping and Robert Drake joined the Atlanta investment sales team at SRS Real Estate Partners, a group which has overseen $200 million in sales in the past year alone.
Topping joins SRS from Marcus & Millichap. He specializes in single-tenant transactions totaling 8,000 square feet or more with a focus on the Marietta, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs and Dunwoody markets.
Drake joins SRS as an investment sales analyst from State Farm Insurance. At State Farm, he was responsible for business-to-business insurance sales, financial service sales and health and life insurance sales. Before that, Drake worked at CRC Insurance, specializing in business development, professional liability brokerage and new agency relationships.
