Sunday, December 06, 2009, Press-Register – Select Communications, a Verizon dealer, has leased the 1,750-square-foot former Star bucks Coffee space in Jaguar Village on Old Shell Road near University Boulevard, according to Josh Burmeister of SRS Real Estate Partners, who represented the tenant. Vallas Realty worked for the landlord.
