(Dallas, Texas) July 23, 2010 -SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the sale of the former Target located at 4343 Gannon Lane in Dallas, TX, to Lys Holdings, LLC. Jenny Beauty Supply will occupy a portion of the 98,496 sf former Target store. The remainder of the property will be developed by the purchaser for other tenants, who are yet to be named.
