In-N-Out Burger has acquired a 62,880-square-foot retail pad site in Fort Worth’s Landmark Lakes development along west Loop 820. Construction is set to begin in the first quarter of 2012.
Mark Newman of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the popular burger chain in its acquisition. Steve Williamson and Mason Bishop of Transwestern represented the seller, Landmark Loop 820 Ltd., a partnership controlled by Wilson & Stonaker.
