Raising Cane’s Restaurants has acquired a 4,062-square-foot retail property at 4100 Belt Line Road in Addison.The building, previously occupied by a Washington Mutual bank, sits on 0.937 acres of land.
Kevie Beard with City Venture Group represented the buyer in the deal. Mark Newman with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller, Levine Investments.
