LAND: Spring Pines LLC has purchased 0.96 acre at Interstate 45 and Woodlands Parkway in The Woodlands. Rip Reynolds and Brooke Marquart of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller, Rooms To Go. Kevin Barr with Palermo Barr represented the buyer.
RETAIL: TATTU Denim by Design has leased 2,960 square feet at Market Street The Woodlands at 9595 Six Pines Drive. Rip Reynolds and Brooke Marquart of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant. Stephanie Drews represented the landlord, Trademark Property Co.
