Restaurants America has leased a 5,810-square-foot space at Mockingbird Station in Dallas. The space, previously occupied by Vapiano, will house a new concept from the restaurant group known locally for Primebar in Uptown Dallas and Townhouse Kitchen + Bar in North Dallas.
Located along North Central Expressway between Mockingbird Lane and SMU Boulevard, the new concept is expected in open in Fall 2012. Neighboring restaurant tenants include Café Express, Rockfish Seafood Grill, and Trinity Hall Pub & Restaurant.
