OHP 6 Llc. has bought a 5,200-square-foot restaurant building from Priceless Foods at 1505 William D. Tate Blvd., Grapevine Jason Puig of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the buyer. Chris Burks and Chad DuBose of John T. Evans Co. represented the seller.
