RETAIL: Richardson – An affiliate of Hartman Income REIT announced the completion of a 15-year lease with Alamo Drafthouse. Alamo Drafthouse will occupy 30,000 SF at Richardson Heights Shopping Center, located on Interstate 75 and Beltline in Richardson. Jerry Averyt of Henry S. Miller represented the tenant.
