Plano – SRS Real Estate Partners represented Hartman Income REIT in the leasing of a 1,400 SF space to Harbor Spa and a 4,829 SF space to ScreenFX Academy. These spaces are located at Prestonwood Park on the NEC of West Park Boulevard and Midway Road in Plano. Tyler Isbell with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT, in the Harbor Spa transaction. Carrie Yu with Sunet Group represented the tenant, Harbor Spa. Tyler Isbell and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT, in the ScreenFX Academy transaction.
