Real Estate Roundup: Retail center, hotel change hands; W Hotel refinanced

Ridge-Coz LLC purchased a 19,300-square-foot retail center at 12601 Harris Ridge Blvd. in Northeast Austin. The sales was announced by SRS Real Estate Partners, but the buyers and sellers of the property were not disclosed. The strip center was built in 2009 by an affiliated of Austin-based Live Oak-Gottesman real estate company. Public records show the property was conveyed to Ridge-Coz LLC, a Dallas investor, on Dec. 30, 2015. That entity secured a $2,712,000 loan from Inwood National Bank, based in North Texas. Travis Central Appraisal District most recently values the property at $3,509,868. Ryan Hoff of SRS represented the seller, Parmer South 97 Ltd., and Logan Reichle of CBRE Group Inc. represented the buyer. Tenants include Sherwin-Williams pain, Rush Laundry, Brooklyn Pie and Little Woodrow’s bar.
