• JCI Residential, an entity formed by Austin-based The Journeyman Group, purchased 16 acres at the Estancia Hill Country master planned community in South Austin near I-35 and State Highway 45. JCI Residential plans to build a 312-unit multifamily project. Carter Breed of CBRE Group Inc. represented the seller, Stratford Land, and Brent Williamson with JCI Residential represented the buyer.
• Dream Finders Homes LLC of Florida purchased eight residential lots at The Fairways at Crystal Falls in Leander. Wade Funk of Mallach & Co. represented the seller, Highland Homes, and Hal Guggloz of Land Advisors Organization represented the buyer.
• An unidentified buyer purchased 17.4 acres at 5509 Colton Road. Janice Landers of Retail Solutions represented the seller.
• Cinco Electronics Recycling leased 6,900 square feet at 120 Precision Drive in Buda. Hampton Friedman, of Longbow Real Estate Group, represented the landlord, Schnurr Inc.
• Retail Solutions leased 5,566 square feet at Greystone II, 7320 N. Mopac Expressway. Max Appling and David Stojanik with The Kucera Cos. represented the landlord, and Sherry Sanchez with Retail Solutions represented the tenant.
• Terra Mediterranean Restaurant leased 5,280 square feet at The Domain, 11400 Century Oaks Terrace. Dennis Carafiol of Simon Property Group represented the landlord and Herman Tjahja of Retail Solutions represented the tenant.
• US Car Buying Group, which operates as Auto Hero, signed three leases for a total of 4,061 square feet: 1,500 square feet at 17020 I-35 in Buda; 1,300 square feet at Reagan Square, 6305 Cameron Road; and 1,261 square feet at 107 RR 620 in Lakeway. • The Animal Hospital at Lighthouse Market renewed its lease for 2,496 square feet at 1700 RR 620. Robby Eaves and Cameron Sykes of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
• Freebirds World Burrito leased 2,400 square feet at Stone Hill Town Center near the intersection of State Highways 130 and 45 in Pflugerville.
