California-based Embarcadero Advisors purchased the 45k SF Spec’s Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods store at North Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas for an undisclosed sum from Glenn Lake Partners. SRS Real Estate Partners’ Rick Ikeler and Brad Gibbs repped the buyer.
