DALLAS – SRS Real Estate Partners has promoted four professionals, naming two real estate administration managers for its ranks.
Richard Draper assumes the executive position, but will remain the main point of contact for his 12-year client, Blockbuster LLC. He also is tasked with managing day-to-day functions of his team.
Judith Lydick, named real estate administrator manager, has spent the past 12 years as account manager for Rent-a-Center. She too gets oversight of the team and will be the primary contact for the account.
Kara Cross and Deah Johnson were named senior real estate administrators. Both professionals joined the company four years ago.
