A national supermarket chain is opening a new store this week in a newly built retail development in Irondale.
The new development, Cahaba Crossing, is located at the intersection of Grants Mill Road and Old Leeds Road across from a new built-for-rent community developed by Tower Homes and worldwide religious media network EWTN.
Martin Smith and Michael Byrne of SRS Real Estate Partners’ Birmingham office represent the landlord in the leasing of Cahaba Crossing.
