Two prominent restaurant chains have made real estate deals in metro Birmingham.
Metro Diner and Moe's Southwest Grill worked with SRS Real Estate Partners in Birmingham to procure more retail space. Moe's is leasing 2,625 square feet at Magnolia City Place in Gardendale, and Metro Diner is leasing 4,800 square feet at the Shoppes at City Hall in Vestavia.
In addition, SRS Real Estate closed on several other leasing transactions in both the metro and throughout Alabama in July with retailers such as Dress Barn, Ichiban Sushi, Kirkland's, Orange Theory Fitness, Soda Jerk and Therapy South. Other clients include the Army National Guard.
In total, the SRS Birmingham office closed July with more than $8.4 million in leasing transactions and 43,105 square feet of retail space.
