Planet Fitness, a Newington, NH-based health club retailer, signed a 16,245-square-foot lease for 10 years 9 months with Properties LLC at 24950 S. Main St. in Carson, CA.
The 58,300-square-foot retail building is part of the 98,300-square-foot Carson Courtyard, built in 2011 in the Torrance submarket of Los Angeles.
Todd Nathanson, Kyle Fishburn and Eric Friedland of illi Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord. Garrett Colburn of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant.
