SAN JOSE, Calif. – SRS Real Estate Partners announced today that Panera Bread has leased a 4,518-square-foot space at the El Monte Center in Mountain View, Calif. Located at 1035 El Monte Ave., the site is one of the most prominent corner end caps along El Camino Real, formerly occupied by Blockbuster Video. CVS is the anchor tenant at El Monte Center, and the tenant lineup also includes Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Chipotle, European Way Center, and Pizza My Heart.
While Panera Bread has several other San Francisco Bay Area locations, this marks its first for Mountain View, which is scheduled to open later this summer. The company is also seeking to expand on the Peninsula and to other South Bay locations.
