Over Easy Inc. has signed a 4,200-square-foot lease at Dolly Creek Station shopping center at 4209 Acton Road.

Adam Baxter of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Over Easy in the lease. Ryan Geary and Chuck Callans of Barber Cos. represented BRC Dolly Creek Station LLC in the lease.

Over Easy first opened at Shannon Waltchack’s The Hollywood strip at 358 Hollywood Blvd. in the fall of 2010.

“After four years of success at Over Easy, we are ready to grow,” said owner Steven Jackson in a statement. “We are very excited to be at Dolly Creek and ready to get the work started on the new restaurant.”

Jackson, who was in real estate when he first visited Oxford, Mississippi’s Big Bad Breakfast in 2009, was inspired by the restaurant and immediately wanted to bring a similar concept to the Birmingham area.

The first Over Easy opened the next fall and has enjoyed great success in the Hollywood Blvd. strip.

The second location will be located in the 25,000-square-foot Dolly Creek Station that is accessible from I-459.

Over Easy joins RealtySouth, Health Connections, Acton Road Pediatrics, Acton Road Family Dentistry among others at the shopping center.
