Orlando Brazilian steakhouse Adega Gaucha cooks up 2nd location

A Brazilian steakhouse in Orlando that has been ranked among Yelp’s Top 100 places to eat in Florida has signed a deal to open its second location.

Adega Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse — which opened its first restaurant about two years ago near the Florida Mall — has signed a 10-year lease for a roughly 9,000-square-foot space at 7804 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway/U.S. 192 in Kissimmee, within the Formosa Gardens Village shopping center near Disney.

Jason Kaiser, a senior vice president and principal in the Orlando office of SRS Real Estate Partners, leases the center. Kaiser said the center now is 98% leased and its vacant space is being used for storage.

Calling Adega Gaucha “a great concept,” he said the center was fortunate to be able to fill the space with a quality tenant so quickly and it will be another hot destination there along with Crush Yard Pickleball Club & Restaurant, a new food and entertainment concept moving into the center also set to open in early 2024.
