SRS Real Estate Partners announced the sale of the 620 Parmer Crossing II shopping center on Thursday.
The seller nor the financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
The property is 7,200 square feet and was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale. It is between Ranch Road 620 and the Avery Ranch residential development on the West Parmer thoroughfare.
The shopping center, which was built in 2007, consists of four tenants, including a massage therapy service and a martial arts studio.
