Two national tenants will soon join the tenant roster at Midtown Village after Nike signed a lease for 11,218 square feet and Chuck E. Cheese signed a lease for 10,995 square feet in Tuscaloosa, AL.
The 327,691-square-foot shopping center was constructed in 2007 on the corner of 15th St. SE and McFarland Blvd. E. just southeast of the University of Alabama campus.
The center is anchored by big box stores Best Buy and Barnes & Noble, and also houses locations for a number of national retailers including Anne Taylor Loft, Jos. A. Bank, GameStop, Planet Fitness, Lane Bryant, Old Navy and Ulta.
