There is a new Japanese restaurant at the Tannehill Promenade in Bessemer.
Ninja Sushi leased 4,861 square feet at the shopping center in August. Martin Smith of Birmingham firm SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, in the transaction.
Tannehill Promenade is the No. 16 largest shopping center in metro Birmingham, according to the BBJ’s 2015 Book of Lists.
SRS Real Estate Partners had $13.1 million in sales and leasing transactions for a total of 44,942 square feet of property in August, according to a release from the company.
